@umm0 for PMBOK reference, should we go for a more recent edition?
3rd edition is from 2004.

The latest PMBOK edition is 8th (2026).
The edition that is current during the development of Operations profile is 7th (2021).

Update: The Reference chapter is in spdx-spec repo. So track the PMBOK ref issue here: spdx/spdx-spec#1433
