Bug Description

PIP does not stay on top of windows; when selecting another window, the video window goes to the background.

Expected Behavior

PIP on top of all windows

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open video
2. Click PIP button
3. In Settings checkbox "Mini Player top of another windows" is on
4. Click another window
5. PIP player hiding
