could you please provide extra documentation in the form of:

• java source of PackageParser.fillinsig()
• before and after smalis of PackageParser

otherwise it is much harder to understand whats going on than necessary.

In my fork I have documented what version of Android the "hooks" of fillinsig apply.
It isn't really related to your request but it may be interesting :)
