[Bug]: Android - scan QR-code is unavalibale if permission denied twice

Preconditions

App has no permission for camera

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to QR code page (QR code icon)
2. Click "Scan QR code"
3. Click "Don't allow" in access request window
4. Click "Scan QR code"
5. Click "Don't allow" in access request window
6. Click "Scan QR code"

Actual behavior

"Scan QR code" button doesn't work

Expected behavior

After clicking "Don't allow" a second time, the user should see a notification that without this permission it is impossible to scan the code and permission can be granted in the settings
