CLI auto Generation enhancement

1. display unit - yang attribute's unit is not saved in the Redis. CLI should retrieve the unit from yang model and display it.
2. support vertical display for object with many attributes. (current SONiC only support horizontal diasplay)
3. Device level specific CLI filtering mechanism for non-supported features.
