Default sonic-gnmi/ build failing due to go package "protoc-gen-gofast"

Latest sonic-gnmi/ master build failed due to protoc-gen-gofast package in local environment.

Hi Neha,
So far we have Go version installed in our local environment is 1.24.8 and go.mod is using 1.23 and it worked earlier [few weeks ago].

I don't think it is currently supported upstream and would lead to issues, could you try with go 1.21 as used in upstream today?

While upstreaming, we are using go 1.23 and sonic-gnmi/ build success in Azure. Please refer PR#559. And even in the local environment, go.mod is using go1.23.0 and worked earlier

something broken with the existing local environment and build got success in the new environment. Henceforth closing the issue.
