Hi Evgeni, I'm sorry but if PlantRegMap links are broken we wouldn't be able to know the exact accession either. Could you try ask PlantRegMap authors? |

Hello,
I am trying to find the exact genomes that this model was trained. In the paper for GPN-Star its mentioned that they are taken from plantregmap. Unfortunately, that site is not updated and most links to genomes are dead links. There are no ascension ids. https://plantregmap.gao-lab.org/help.php#datasource-cg
I have spent some time trying to use the MAF file, which is available from plantregmap, to match them with NCBI ascended genomes. Some of the species get no matches unfortunately. So I am stuck at the moment.
Is it possible that you publish the exact genomes (ascension ids) for training of gpn-star-tair10-b18-25m ?
