All three bugs fixed and the SCM date-bucket distribution is working:

What was fixed:

Multi-analysis batching disabled - each analysis closes prior issues, causing data loss
SQ 2025 status list corrected - CLOSED replaced with IN_SANDBOX
SCM date-bucket distribution implemented - sorts issues by file, groups files into ≤5K batches, sets ALL lines of each file's changeset to the batch date (30 days apart). The CE uses these SCM blame dates as issue creation dates.
Result: Angular's 31,641 issues spread evenly across 7 monthly buckets (~4.8K each), all under the 10K ES visualization cap. Total matches SQ Server (31,641 vs 31,642).
