Some (all?) project configuration settings are not migrated

I tried to set some project settings like sonar.exclusions on the source SQS and these settings are not migrated on the target SQC project.

The way to retrieve settings from the source platform and apply to the target can be found in that repo: https://github.com/okorach/sonar-tools/, notably in the platform.py (global settings that may be transferred at Enterprise or Organization level in SonarQube Cloud), projects.py (project settings), portfolios.py, branches.py and settings.py files.

Also some settings may not be applicable in SonarQube Cloud so tehse may be skipped, and a WARNING may be issued in logs. Again, the aforementioned repo implements all this logic for inspiration
