I ran a CloudVoyager migration for a project (my favorite sonar-tools project) that has a wide variety of issues in a wide variety of states.
When I compare the nbr of issues, I can see that there are still a substantial number of issues from the source SQS that are missing in the target SQC.
Looking at the details of the issues that are not migrated, i am not sure if that a coincidence by they are all external issues from Ruff.
