I am writing to share my experience that there is a risk to get account suspended.
The HF support team stated that:
Your account was locked because our system detected Cloudflare API scripts (cloudflare-proxy-setup.py and cloudflare-keepalive-setup.py) creating proxy and keepalive worker tunnels, plus Telegram API integration, which violates our policy against unauthorized tunneling and external proxy abuse in your space.
I think you have to put a disclaimer line in your README file.
