problem with GATEWAY_TOKEN

I have the same problem like on your youtube about GATEWAY_TOKEN, how did you fix that, can i get steps how to fix it for mine please?

I actually ran into the same GATEWAY_TOKEN issue during setup.

In my case, I had created the Hugging Face Space as Private. When I entered the correct gateway token and clicked Unlock, nothing happened. It didn't take me to the Hermes dashboard but it also didn't show an "Invalid Token" error so I knew the token itself was correct

After troubleshooting for a while I changed the Space visibility from Private to Public and the same token started working immediately Hermes opened normally after that.

I also ran into a separate issue later where I was getting a 404 page, but that turned out to be unrelated In my case, it was caused by browser settings that were blocking third-party cookies. Allowing third-party cookies fixed the 404 issue.

So for the GATEWAY_TOKEN problem specifically changing the Space from Private to Public is what solved it for me.
