What happened

1, on windows 11.
2 , i download and unpack https://github.com/niXman/mingw-builds-binaries/releases/download/15.2.0-rt_v13-rev0/x86_64-15.2.0-release-win32-seh-ucrt-rt_v13-rev0.7z # win10, win11
set path
3, gcc -v show

Stack trace

linux works fine.
but not windows 11.
anyone help?
