Once https://github.com/0xSpaceShard/starknet-devnet/issues/742 is resolved (ATM it's a blocker), we should change error asserted in `test_new_heads_subscription_too_many_blocks_back` to [TOO_MANY_BLOCKS_BACK](https://github.com/starkware-libs/starknet-specs/blob/ec6997efadd94d31c1a89645ee46138bb709a0c9/api/starknet_ws_api.json#L389)
