Can reproduce – but it seems like the crash happening above is happening during Anki's error handler and is not related to the actual issue. I do not understand why that's happening. I managed to click the “Copy Debug Info” button really fast after Anki produced the error report but before it crashed, and think I've identified the problem.

Can you confirm like this:

1. In Tools > Add-ons, click the TiddlyRemember add-on and click the “View Files” button.
2. Open the importing.py file in a text editor (e.g., right-click > Open With > TextEdit).
3. In the extract_process function, on line 124 of the file, change at * 100 / end to at * 100 // end (that is, add a second slash).
4. Save the file, restart Anki, and try syncing again.

This worked for me, but given the strange nature of the error I'm not entirely convinced it's not a fluke
