permissions issue #13

getting this issue:

fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

when trying to use the snickerbockers/submodules-init@v4
i tired to add some coverage test on every push, but getting permissions when trying to init the submodules
