Add a RoomMind dashboard Card to allow (configurable) room control from dashboards

It would be useful to create a dashboard Card that allows some level of room control from a dashboard.
These are the features it could offer:

1. Display (and optionally set) the current mode
2. Display the current and target temperatures
3. (optionally) set the fallback comfort and eco target temperatures
4. Set a temporary override (and display it when active, with remaining time)

Basically a simplified version of the full room page, but with the option to deactivate (at card config time) the various options that change the settings (i.e. set the current mode, set the fallback and eco temperatures, set an override)

This does not fully replace #238, but it might be easier to implement and also it would allow for temporary override control, which a climate entity cannot support (at least not without a dedicated Card to support the additional attributes)

Hi, I would request this feature too. Other members of my family have gotten very used to adjusting the temperatures controls through our home dashboard - I've set up the override in the dashboard so they can still (kind of) adjust the temperature this way--but of course when they did that there's no autmatic turn-off of the override.

Additionally when the override is "off" it shows some previous set temp (which isn't actually active or set) which has also confused my household. This would be my #1 requested feature at the moment.

When dealing with this issue I ended up modifying my configuration of the mini climate card. I was already using it so I just had to take advantage of its configurability. The only thing I didn't do was setting up timers for overrides but you can easily start an override from the card. It was an easy transition for everybody as we already used the card.

The target temp displayed is from roommind not the rooms climate entity.
The android head icon indicates if the room is being controlled by roommind. Clicking on it turns it on/off
The person talking icon indicates if the override is on and the target temp is shown next to the to it. Clicking on it brings up the override climate card.
