<p>By downloading, installing, or using SMPLTSK ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the App.</p>
<h2>2. Description of Service</h2>
<p>SMPLTSK is a visual task management application that allows you to:</p>

<li>Photograph spaces, projects, or areas</li>
<li>Place markers on photos to indicate where tasks need attention</li>
<li>Add notes and details to individual tasks</li>
<li>Track progress through task completion</li>
<li>Organize projects by custom categories</li>
<li>Share projects with others via standard device sharing</li>

<h2>3. License Grant</h2>

<p>We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SMPLTSK for personal or business task management purposes.</p>
<h3>3.2 Restrictions</h3>
<p>You may NOT:</p>

<li>Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App</li>
<li>Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App</li>
<li>Remove any copyright or proprietary notices</li>
<li>Use the App for any illegal purpose</li>
<li>Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App</li>
<li>Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App</li>
<li>Resell or redistribute the App</li>

<h2>4. User Responsibilities</h2>

<p>You are solely responsible for:</p>

<li>All photos, notes, and data you create or import into the App</li>
<li>Ensuring you have the right to photograph locations and subjects</li>
<li>Complying with privacy laws when photographing private property or people</li>
<li>Any consequences of sharing your projects with others</li>

<p>You agree NOT to use SMPLTSK to:</p>

<li>Violate any laws or regulations</li>
<li>Infringe on others' intellectual property rights</li>
<li>Photograph people without their consent where required by law</li>
<li>Store or share illegal content</li>
<li>Harass, abuse, or harm others</li>
</ul>
<h2>5. Privacy and Data</h2>
<h3>Your Right to Delete Data</h3>

<h3>5.1 Your Data Stays With You</h3>
<p>As detailed in our Privacy Policy, all photos, tasks, and project data are stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your content.</p>

<p>You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend enabling device backups (iCloud or Google Drive) to prevent data loss if your device is lost, damaged, or reset.</p>
