Currently, streams are symbolized as disconnected (red) where a known pscis barrier or dam is downstream (barriers_pscis_dnstr / barriers_dams_dnstr). Partial and complete barriers are lumped together - symbolization cannot easily be adjusted if the downstream feature is a partial/potential barrier.
One way to account for this would be to add new field(s), something like potential_barriers_pscis_dnstr / potential_barriers_dams_dnstr.
