CLI tool to skip checking deprecated methods

Is there a way to skip checking deprecated methods while running the japicmp CLI tool ?

That would be very beneficial to establish a policy where in a major upgrade only deprecated methods are supposed to be removed, so it would be nice to be able to treat deprecated methods/classes differently from the rest.
