[Feature]: Top bar menus launch based on their position

Problem / motivation

Currently if you go ahead and modify items on the top bar it all works fine, but if lets say you were to move the time tile to the center, clicking on it will open the calendar on the top right (default), this behaviour happens across all of the top bar tiles that trigger menus

Proposed solution

The opened windows need to follow the position of the tile
