how to run:
- cd app
- npm run start (custom concurrent function to start both expo app and flask api)
- scan QR code and run in expo go mobile app *if no QR code, run npx expo start and scan QR code, then ctrl + c and npm run start, and open the app in recently opened in expo go mobile app
