Unable to register UDF jars on the fly

Currently we need to add the UDF jars in SPARK_JARS to get it work, There is no effect for :

REGISTER /home/akhld/mobi/temp/pig/demo/tutorial.jar;

unless you already have tutorial.jar in the SPARK_JARS
