Custom setup distrobox images

Since this workflow depends a lot of the use of distrobox it could be nice to have a way to version-control and customize images for your own needs.

- A separate repo with image(s) and setup connection to it in this repo?
  - Look into maybe using https://github.com/ublue-os/boxkit
- Or utilize the `assemble` command to store specs on file
