would this also work for the PMW3389?

After comparing the datasheet of PMW3360 and PMW3389, I found that they have the same size, pins (except GPO pin) and operating voltage, and the only difference in firmware seems to be the SROM.

But it should be noted that their reference schematic are different. The PMW3389 has more capacitances (100nF and 10uF) at VDD, VDDIO and LED_1P pin, and the series resistance of LED_1P is changed to 13R.

Changing the LED resistor from 39R to 13R is easy, but there may not be a suitable place to solder the extra capacitors, although I imagine it will work without them.

I don't have a PWM3389 to test. I may consider adding support for PWM3389 in the next revision.

No response after flashing. I've checked the VIN, VDD, VIO, and they all seemed fine. The only problem I noticed is that SCLK is only giving signal at 2kHz instead of 2MHz stated in the datasheet. I am suspecting this is a firmware problem rather than a hardware problem. Any ideas on what might be the cause and how to debug it? Thanks.
Am using a pro micro 8MHz, 3.3V.

我剛剛那我的 ProMicro 8M/3.3V + PMW3360-pcb v2.1 測試 prebuilt 韌體，可以運作，Windows 11 滑鼠會動，以示波器量測 SCLK 是 2MHz。
刪除 F_CPU = 8000000 會變得比較正常的話，你可以再次確定你的 ProMicro 是 8MHz 還是 16MHz 的嗎（例如看振盪器和 J1 jumper）

16MHz 的 ProMicro 應該會像這樣，振盪器標示 16.000，且左上角的 J1 是 ON 導通，VCC 腳是 5V。如果是 16Mhz/5V 的 ProMicro 的話，由於 PWM3360 最高僅支援 3.3V，和 5V 的 MCU 搭配使用需要邏輯電平轉換器（如 TXS0108E）

直接量 VCC 是 3.3V 沒錯，且 J1 jumper 是 open 的。但是振盪器上似乎是寫 16MHz，賣家頁面也寫是 8MHz/3.3V 冏...

那我想是可能賣家弄錯規格了。J1 open 時 VCC 會是 3.3V 沒錯（close 時會 bypass 3.3v LDO），但振盪器用 16MHz 的話，ATmega32U4 官方建議要在 5V 下運作

剛剛用 prebuilt firmware flash 後重量 SCLK 是 4 MHz，也就是說振盪器確實是 16 MHz? 將 F_CPU 改成 16 MHz 解決了問題。終於可以回家了 T.T。謝謝 maintainer 大大的協助。
