update/numpy compatibility from 1.x to 2.x

I think it is time to update numpy api in RENO, which let it support numpy 2.x and keep compatibility to cupy.

I have added multi backend for numpy1 numpy2 jax torch cupy and cupynumeric.

ref to design of TenCirChem-NG and deepmd-kit

I am starting a detailed bare-metal bechmark for FMO with these backends to inquery their openmp ablility.

During all these runs, cproflie do monitor the bare metal behaviors. With the profile task data, the next step of this project will be clear.
