Add haptic feedback for sensor events

Integrate haptic feedback for key sensor events:

• Vibrate briefly when Proximity sensor transitions OBSTRUCTED↔CLEAR
• Haptic tick at each step from Step Counter
• Optional: vibrate when gyroscope rotation exceeds a threshold
• Add a toggle in Settings to enable/disable haptic feedback
