Ability to detect background video/audio playing #861

Feature Description

  1. Allow option/ability for Time Tracker to detect video/audio playing in background tabs (tabs you aren't currently on) and track their time towards total site usage. For example, if I have Spotify playing in the background for 2 hours and am only on the tab for one hour, Time Tracker should detect it and track it as 3 hours total. This should be optional, but having it hardcoded wouldn't be a bad idea either if it discrimated between the tab being in active or inactive use.
  2. More realistic depiction of website use to document - currently, if I play a Youtube video in the background while typing this request out, Time Tracker will not detect it. If it did, I could see how much I actually use the site to have a better grasp on my addiction (lol).
  3. I struggle with needing some kind noise in the background. I often have music or videos playing, but it messes with my focus on other things, whether I'm at my desk or not. For example, I use Youtube a TON, but Time Tracker wouldn't know the full scope of it because I tend to multitask by listening to one thing and doing something else. I was hoping the extension would detect it, but now that I know it doesn't, I am contemplating finding a more suitable alternative, as helpful as the extension has been so far.
