user guide does not define what "before this present time" means. "before", in this context, would likely be understood as 13 april 2023 or earlier.

Team's Response

We agree that perhaps elaborating what before this present time means would be better for the understanding of the user. Hence we decided to accept this bug.

Furthermore, we reduced this severity to veryLow because it does not affect the usage of the user. Perhaps just some misunderstanding due to misinterpretation of the english language used.
