There should be some kind of note-taking feature as you go through the cards. Some examples of things I think as I go through the cards that I want to take note of
- Oh I mostly got that, but I missed this specific part
- Oh I need N more cards that cover X, Y, Z
- This answer needs to be expanded
The result of those things could be editing cards, making new cards, or something else. But I'd like these annotations/notes to go into some kind of queue where I can deal with those things after the quiz. I want to keep going with the quiz but I want to make the cards better later and don't want to lose the in-quiz flow
