ActionPointsBar expand feature

Hi, I'd like to tell its a great feature - it always bugged me why original game developers didn't do something like this from the beginning.
But! 16 action points is not enough because of this item: https://fallout.wiki/wiki/Cookie_(item)
Also it seems there are several cookies can be found and I do not know whether they stack, if not - simple +1 interface button will cover all the cases.
