how to map Menu to Meta?

I tried:

GUI doesn't let me set the button so I'm stuck with configs.

Are you sure "1,135,1" is the correct input?
You can use evtest to see the input your keyboard generates.

On my keyboard I get the following if I press the menu key

Event: time 1663174834.515873, type 4 (EV_MSC), code 4 (MSC_SCAN), value 70065
Event: time 1663174834.515873, type 1 (EV_KEY), code 127 (KEY_COMPOSE), value 1
