Max Player Count Seems Off

I've got the max player count set to 65:

In the picture I don't think there are 65 players, more like 30 or so. I've validated nobody behind me or a massive group hiding of screen etc - but you can see people being culled (i.e. necro in back left and some people on the right side).

Am I being silly?

The game will still hide players above the max thats set in your game settings. I recommend setting Character Model Limit to Highest and then using UnhideNPCs to limit it.

Weirdly if I up the limit to say 200 they all become visible, which is why I was leaning towards this being a addon "issue".

I did try the settings in game and saw no difference, even using a force show between setting changes.

Can you try v2026.7.16.141 and see if it's improved? I changed what I think could have been the problem, but not sure.
