Starling for DNV calling

Hi Chris

I am wondering whether I can use Starling for DNV calling for VCFs from the GATK pipeline. I've got the VCF of cohort generated from the GATK pipeline and I've used DNV caller for DNVs but want to test Starling if it has function for that.

Also, wondering the difference between Starling and Manta in terms of finding indels. Manta does call small indels (though it's not <10bp resolution).
