NCP is recruiting qualified human reviewers for its frozen B01 architecture subject.
The subject contains 11 proposed ADRs, 52 role obligations, and 53 minimum identity selectors. Six selectors require an independent assessment.
The frozen ADR subject did not change. The current private response transport and preflight use Version 2 at coordinator commit f3f88e4fdf572b0b46f1c78db0860626d699ef5f. Version 1 responses are historical and cannot enter the current route.
Public recruitment focuses on protocol, security, cryptography, distributed systems, safety, operations, real-time performance, transport, packaging, and supply-chain expertise.
Project owner and named consumer roles require pre-established project authority. A volunteer cannot self-elect into those roles.
Use the canonical coordination issue for immutable identities, exact public digests, the roster, and participation steps:
This Discussion is recruitment only. A comment, reaction, answer, assignment, or GitHub profile does not authenticate a reviewer or reserve a selector.
It does not prove role authority or independence. It cannot fill a slot, accept an ADR, advance B01, or authorize NCP 1.0.
Do not post credentials, identity documents, responses, evidence, challenges, signatures, preflight output, or vulnerability details. Use the private process in SECURITY.md for vulnerability reports.
