When a session goes out to display CABook or Wikipedia it is not possible to return to the top level tool bar (icons)

• Resolved the scrolling issue where, after opening CABook or Wikipedia, it was not possible to return to the top-level toolbar/icons.
• Users can now navigate back to the header and toolbar as expected.

Note

The Sources window has been temporarily commented out.
It was creating a significant amount of whitespace and layout issues during longer conversations.
The functionality has not been removed; the code remains in place and is simply commented out for the time being until a better UI placement is determined.
