In concert with #91, there needs to be something that takes these streams and pass them into what we've already accomplished with our camera_hub/client_lib existing codebase. We can just add what we need to FRB.
We can use motion_ai (secluso/core#105) as this new solution won't rely on C code. Same with the incoming BLE pairing (secluso/core#74).
