signed installer - make Windows accept the installer as not dangerous

Sadly, signing installer seems to be a bit of pain. There seems to be offers for open source developers, but I'd like to fix/update a bunch of things before tackling that.

As mentioned in #48, there will be "stadalone" executables in all future updates.
