Add sd card RO fix for some laptops with internal sd card reader

I have a Acer aspire switch 10E (sw3-013) and I encoured a problem that sd card always mounts ro only (as wirte protected) but if you use Windows it would works as it should. I do some research and found a fix on PuppyLinux forum: add sdhci.debug_quirks=0x10000 and now it works in rw mode. Maybe it will help some laptop owners
