If a user tries to create a stock type, but can't because of ABV restrictions in a department (eg. "Bottles" department having a >=0.6% requirement) then it would be useful to have a message to show to the user telling them what to do instead (eg. "use the Soft Drinks department for ABV <=0.5%).
