Monitor data now supports bin edges in ESS nexus files.
But scippnexus fails when trying to load these with
Failed to load /entry/instrument/normalization_monitor/data as NXdata: Could not determine signal field or dimensions. Falling back to loading HDF5 group children as scipp.DataGroup.
