Publish stale wheels report as a status page website

I guess future requests would be to have this get published as a status page website so that we have a single URL to go and look at how things stand.

Do we use those currently / where do those land / where would those land? I don't see it as a branch and a quick google didn't reveal anything. And this is our settings page:

If there is no site, a pinned issue actually seems a bit more discoverable. I guess we could create a site just to host the table, but I'm not sure that buys us much over a pinned issue (until we have a site that's useful more more, etc.)

I would ask that we please do not use branches for GitHub pages anymore unless absolutely necessary as (IMO) they just become needlessly noisy in the branch/commit history unless you're trying to self-host versioned docs.

Big agree from me here. Also we don't care about the versioning of this page at all and we wouldn't use an Issue for discussion about the statuses, so I don't see a benefit to Issues over a very simple page.
