Monitor runs as user. Mail server drops files in Maildir and sometimes seems not to have user rights when we attempt to read the file for digest. But instead of skipping it continues and puts a NEW (without digest) in dirty. For some reason the mail does not
On next scan the file is gone but it does not trigger the operation to go away despite RM (new) and NEW (old) as it does in test_digest.sh
So it sends sends an non-existing file to peers with CREATE.
Later monitor get a MOVE_TO cur/1753245812
Still cant read so digest fails
The check finds the file above and adds the MV to dirty.
and the MV succeeds on both peers.
Unknown: Didn't the mail server save a file?
Wrong observation: No SQL conflicts happens
