Saving High-Resolution Imágenes del Análisis de Transición

Typically, when performing the Transition Analysis—for example, to study the charge transfer between user-defined groups—three images are shown: Attachment, Detachment, and the Transition Diagram, as illustrated below:

For publication purposes, it would be extremely convenient (and helpful) to save high-resolution images for this analysis.

I would suggest the possibility to:

• Save only the "Attachment" image
• Save only the "Detachment" image
• Save only the Transition Diagram image
• Save all three visualizations together in the same nice layout as they currently appear on the screen.

Maybe a convenient approach might be to add these options via a dropdown menu placed next to the existing "Settings" button?

Excellent point.
I'll make sure to keep this in mind for the future.

First of all, the rendering quality of the attachment and detachment Densities and geometry leaves something to be desired. So that has to be improved first and foremost.

The best solution for now is to make the window as large as possible and then capture a high-res screenshot with the GUI.

I just wanted to comment on this and mention that the transition diagram can be exported as SVG now, which is a vector graphics format, if one want's to use it for a publication. The attachment and detachment densities are however still not being exported. They do not get the full post processing pass so they don't look as nice as the rendering in the main view. So if you want to get the best looking Attachment and Detachment densities, use the main view tweak the representations there!
