Handle server/API errors

• Python server should not perform infinite computation
• Mysterious 504 gateway timeout errors are not being handled properly and are attempted to be parsed as a JSON
• tRPC should handle Scallop runtime errors from the server
• Zod type errors from tRPC should be presented to users in an understandable way

504 error is probably related to: trpc/trpc#3640
I don't think there is anything we can do about it.
