Currently, we toss people directly into the map and let them have fun. What if we had a very simple onboarding graphic that just explains the premise very quickly? It could be a simple modal with a graphic and 1 - 2 sentences and a colorful Get Started CTA. Explore it from a design perspective first, then code it up.
