Javascript input boxes do not work in Classic theme in Moodle 3.8

Great forum improvement! Note that during testing in Moodle 3.8, I found the javascript input boxes for choice options do not appear in Classic theme, but appeared OK in Boost theme. I tested in both Firefox and Chrome with same results.
