Initials icon bug with non monospace font

Describe the bug
The font is not a monospace font and if big letters are used like WWW as initials, the text overflow the blue circle

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create account Willie Winkiw to have WWW initials
2. Go to Dashboard page
3. See error with text overflow in the blue circle

Expected behavior
Text should not overflow.
