Fix Rails 4 compability

Hi, I'm unable to use this gem in a Rails 4 project

~/Rails/project master* #  bundle install

Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "rails":
  In Gemfile:
    meyer-css-reset-rails (>= 0) ruby depends on

    rails (4.0.0)

Would it be a big change to make this gem compatible with Rails 4?

I am getting the same error message as above. I can see that you have changed the code but I am still receiving the error. Is that an issue my end? thanks!
