First alpha release of UnifyWeaver Prolog-to-Bash compiler!

Core Compilation

• Stream-based processing - Memory-efficient compilation using bash pipes
• BFS optimization - Transitive closures automatically optimized (ancestor, reachable)
• Cycle detection - Proper handling of cyclic graphs
• Constraint system - Unique and ordering constraints optimize generated code

Advanced Recursion

• ✅ Tail recursion → iterative loops (fully working: count_items, sum_list)
• ⚠️ Linear recursion - Pattern detection works, bash generation incomplete
• ⚠️ Tree recursion - Pattern detection works, bash generation incomplete
• ⚠️ Mutual recursion - SCC detection works, bash generation incomplete

Test Infrastructure

• Cross-platform test environments (Bash on Linux/WSL, PowerShell on Windows)
• Auto-discovery of test modules
• Comprehensive test suite with 23/25 tests passing

• Integration Tests: ✅ PASS
• Unit Tests: 23/25 passing (2 expected failures documented)
• Platforms: Linux, WSL, Windows (PowerShell)
• Bash Scripts: Execute successfully

⚠️ Known Limitations

Bash Code Generation:

• Linear recursion (factorial, fibonacci) generates scaffolding but needs logic implementation
• Mutual recursion (even/odd) generates scaffolding but needs logic implementation

Pattern Detection:

• list_length/2 not detected as linear recursion
• descendant/2 misclassified as tail recursion
